Cross-Generational Communication at Work

February 12, 2019 7:30 am - 9:00 am

Have you ever experienced frustration trying to communicate with someone of another generation at work? Come to the Chamber’s Business with breakfast on February 12th and hear from a Boomer and a Millennial as, together, they share how to get beyond what too often seems like a barrier and, instead, work as a team. This presentation will be a peek into the new seminar developed by The Clapping Oak, a Greater Englewood Chamber of Commerce member, designed to improve cross-generational interactions at work and leave participants with tools to promote understanding.

Your presenters: Carol Willis and Laura Bernero are both communications specialists who work daily with business clients in various industries who have shared their share of challenges of working with people of different generations. Carol and Laura are also friends who have benefited by sharing experiences and strengths, despite being in different seasons of life.

Be sure to RSVP for Breakfast on February 12th.
